Customs Inspection Delays

Shipping Update: Global Customs Slowdowns—Mon 10, 2025—

Dear Valued Customer;

We wanted to inform you about an emerging logistics issue that may affect some upcoming deliveries.

Our shipping partners have advised that all imports are currently subject to enhanced government inspections, regardless
of country of origin or carrier. These additional reviews are creating significant and unpredictable customs delays across all
industries. In some cases, shipments have been held for several weeks before release.

As a result, certain components required for ongoing production are currently delayed in customs. While we are doing
everything possible to minimize the impact, this situation is outside the control of both MultiDyne and our logistics partners.

Here’s what we’re doing to mitigate delays:

• Working closely with carriers to obtain real-time status updates.
• Adjusting lead times on new and existing orders to reflect current conditions.
• Prioritizing critical customer shipments as soon as materials are released.

We continue to monitor the situation daily and will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available. With the
holiday season approaching, we encourage you to plan for longer than usual lead times when placing new orders.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and partnership as we navigate this temporary disruption. Please don’t hesitate
to contact your MultiDyne representative for order-specific updates or revised delivery timelines.

Warm regards,

MultiDyne
