Warranty Information
Products manufactured or sold by MultiDyne Video & Fiber Optic Systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship as listed below. Complete warranty information and conditions may be found in our detailed Warranty Statement.
- MultiDyne products (except those specified below) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
- The following products are warranted for one (1) year – SilverBullets, MD9200-DEC, MD9200-ENC, MD9201-DEC-4K-HDR, MD9200-DEC-OG, MD9200-ENC-OG, FiberNet Routing Matrix, LightningSwitch, FMX series, CTV-2000 series products, SatLink Mini products, SMPTE hybrid cabling, tactical fiber assemblies and patch cables, SFPs, power supplies, SilverBack accessory cables.
